So this has nothing to do with plushies... I backed a kickstarter for a table top role playing game system that's about telling sweet heartwarming stories about shapeshifting animals helping people in the modern world who are having a bit of a difficult time in their lives. It's the sort of game that would be suitable for older kids (no violence or sexual content or anything, just sweet slice of life stories about normal people).

They passed a stretch goal to produce an alternate setting with similar rules and they're letting backers vote over the weekend on which one to produce first. One of the ones up for vote is called Aegis of Equine (I think you can guess the main inspiration) and it sounds amazing! They came up with all sorts of awesome world ideas that remind me of what you'd get if you took Changeling: the Dreaming and MLP and put them in a blender while keeping it kid friendly and staying in a fantasy setting. <3 <3 <3
